Respite Care

Available 1 to 7 days per week, Care is available when you need it full time or on an intermittent basis. Whether it’s once every few weeks or for a full vacation, 4STARHCCS will give you the well-deserved
break you need.

Companionship provides clients with someone with whom to interact on a frequent basis, making life a lot easier day to day. A companion ensures that a client is enjoying life in the comfort of their home, as well as accompanying them to events and activities in their community. Whether it’s to Las Vegas, to Paris, a Cruise or just a family reunion, never sit at home again. We are very experienced in traveling with all types of clients. There’s no trip that we can’t handle.
Post-Operative Care
Having a Certified Nursing Assistant after surgery tends to be one of the most beneficial decisions for a client. The Benefit from this service is that a client can be comfortable in their own home, lower the risk of being re-admitted into the hospital, and insure speedy recovery.

Live-In Services
A 4StarHCCS Respite Companion Worker resides in your home for one to seven days per week to ensure that your loved ones are safe and supported. Live -In services are for individuals or couples that need care during the day or evening. Care is arranged only when you need it, whether its one night, a few weeks, or for a full vacation.
Relocation
4StarHCCS will handle coordination of packing, moving, or setting up new place (i.e. New Home, Apartment, any Nursing Facility etc.) for a loved one, so when they walk into their new place it will feel like home and make the transition a lot easier.
After Death Services
We at 4StarHCCS know it’s hard when a loved one has transitioned in death; we are here to give you our full support and to assist you with the cleanup, donation or disposal of your loved one’s personal belongings.

Yes, we provide free consultations to ensure that we are the right fit for each other.
Are you a certified professional?
Yes, Chelsea Moses is a Certified Respite Companion and Caregiver, Activities Director, CNA and First Aid certified.
Are services covered by MA Health or insurance?
Our services are covered only by private pay and long term insurance.
Will you travel with clients?
Yes, we will travel with clients anywhere whether it's down the road, cross country, or internationally.
Is Four Star Healthcare insured?
Yes, we carry liability coverage.
